Rest assured every year you get a thorough boiler service, certification and a thorough check of your properties essential services. And because we know every portfolio is unique, we can tailor an offer just for your properties so you get what you want and lose the headaches! And unlike other cover providers, we do NOT increase our prices or change the elements of the policy in year two and we do provide Annual Certification!
NEED AN EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)?
From 1st July 2020, all new tenancies were required to hold a current (i.e. within 5 years) Electrical Safety Certificate. This now applies to all rental properties from April 2021. For all our policy holders we offer an exclusive rate for all rentals, pricing generally at £140 + VAT (for a consumer unit/fuse board with 6 circuits) with an additional £10 for every extra 2 circuits), for the EICR. Note this is a one-off fee as the certificate is valid for 5 years.
